The MOERS Motivation Test can be used individually to assess a person's motivation levels or by corporations to determine the motivation levels and needs of their employees.

How many questions are in the
MOERS Motivation Test?

What does the MOERS
motivation test evaluate?
The MOERS Motivation Test is based on Abraham Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory, which is considered the foundation of motivation theories.
According to this theory, human needs are categorized into five levels: basic physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, appreciation needs, and self-realization needs.
Each level of need can only be satisfied through solutions tailored to that specific need. For instance, an employee highly sensitive to physiological needs cannot be motivated by a bowling tournament.
The MOERS Motivation Test reports which of these five levels an individual has the greatest need for and reveals their overall motivation level.
